  I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a more professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the doctor to the technicians, the customer service is unmatched.

  I love the doctors at this location I have been coming here for years and everything is always smooth I get my Acuvue Oasis Contacts here and my eye glasses. I've seen both doctors and when I got makeup in my eye and got it infected they took good care of me, saw me right away, the medicine worked within 2 days and not more eye pain. P.S. Careful with Eyeliner ladies if you think it's old just throw it away. I had a piece break off go under my eyelid and it got infected, the pain was no picnic either. The staff with the eye glasses are always very helpful and knowledgeable. This is just a great Team thank you Walmart Eye Care department.

  I had nothing but bad service and quality issues at another optical company. I went to WalMart in Royal Palm Beach, FL in June. I was absolutely amazed at the unbelievable service I received!!! They took the time to figure out my needs, worked with their optometrist to find out why my glasses weren't working and put me in glasses with choices that no other optical company had ever offered me!!!
  
  This past week, I had to return to my original company because their expensive frames fell apart. They refused to help me and said my only option was to spend more money to buy new ones. I walked out, and contacted their corporate office. I was basically told the same and was told I must have caused it. Note: they fell apart in a stable non-mobile area. So I went to WalMart and their help was unprecedented and UNBELIEVABLE!!! Lisa and Harold, knowing that these frames were not from WalMart and therefore not their issue, took the time to find me inexpensive frames that would fit my lens so I wouldn't have to spend a lot of money to start over again. In fact it ended up costing me only $10.70!!!
  If you live in the Royal Palm Beach/Wellington Florida area...it's worth your time to go into the WalMart Optical Department and ask for Lisa or Harold (department manager). Their service has been remarkable everytime I've been there. I am definitely a customer for life!!!
  
  Side note.....Your glasses are always guaranteed to be perfect or they continue to make them until they get it right!!! How can you beat that policy?
