Your response to an emergency call last night was nothing short of magnificent. My 90-year-old sister and her 97-year-old husband live live in Levin Palace at Morse Life on Haverhill Road. Our brother-in-law is anti-coagulated on a blood-thinner. He cut himself while shaving yesterday and thought the bleeding had been brought under control. But it hadn't. He awoke last night thinking he was wet from sweating, but it was uncontrolled bleeding, with his head, the pillow, the sheets, the blanket and the floor covered in blood. The bleeding was uncontrolled. He dialed 911. Your skilled, professional, emergency response team responded and were on the scene, fully prepared, within minutes. Your team not only controlled the bleeding, but restored calm and order to a family in serious distress. We are both retired health-care professionals with over 40 years of hospital experience. We truly appreciate you, your team and what you have done for our dear family, not only for last night but for giving us all the confidence of your timely and most effective response.
