(January 4, 2019, 12:04 pm)I was with Liberty Mutual (SafeCo) insurance company during the Hurricane and my car was totaled by a tree falling on it. Long story short I wasn't treated very passionate at all, then they increased my rates 25%. I was referred by a friend to call Geico. I filled my app out on line and had a lot of questions so I just stopped. Then Donna from Geico called me and was very receptive to my needs. During our conversation I accidentally hung up and she immediately called me back. Donna answered all my questions and had me up and running immediately. Donna has demonstrated outstanding customer service and is a great access to your company!

That pushed us to change insurance when we moved here to WPB. JOHN BOSCH WAS Great he walked us through step by step and saved us money on car insurance and ON our Renters insurance.
