  I’m very surprised of a review that I saw yesterday about queen of pawns in Okeechobee. I have been a customer for over 5 years and they are awesome people who really cares about their clients and very fair with the prices. I usually don’t get involved in any reviews but I’m pretty sure that bad review about the manager and his team is not fair. When they tell you to go shopping around in other pawn shops it is because they are 100% sure they are giving the best price, not because they want to loose a client.
  
  I’m a very satisfied customer and I recommend queen of pawns in Okeechobee not only to my friends and family but to every single person who can read this review.

  Just to let you know. Adriana Arias is the best. She always display great customer service. Very much appreciated. Just a beautiful hard working woman inside and out. Keep up the awesome job.

  I’ve never had to use a pawnshop before. My brother is in trouble and no one in my family will help him. Including my own husband. So I found a bunch of old jewelry.. I have been bringing it to queen of pawns every week. They treat you with great dignity and their prices are the best I hear I did go to a couple places. I would highly recommend them to anybody in trouble and I totally trust them. I can not mention all the wonderful staff.. Lisa I give her 10 stars !!!! I have had to use a pawnshop before. Like I said I would recommend this place to anybody ....

  I like to visit the store in okeechobee is a very nice store and the employees are very friendly and always ready to help. I found variety and always find great prices! I recommended the store to my family and friends

  Very great service, I really appreciate the workers. No lines no wait quick. The store is actually very nice not sketchy like other pawn shops. Great people with great smiles.
