  If you love to snorkel, party, or camp this is the place for you. This place is very fun and I've been snorkeling here since i learned how to snorkel. There is a side of the island where you pull your boat on the beach and party. There is another side that you can snorkel on and have lots of fun!

  Amazing county park/tropical island in your backyard. nearly 360 degrees of hite sandy beaches, shady palm trees, great camping area, gazebos for picnics & bbq's, swimming, snorkeling & boater's dream, walking trail,s, mangroves, historic coast guard facility and JFK's nuclear bunker from the Cuban Missile Crisis days... Great way to spend a day or, during the week, camp on your own deserted island paradise. This place rocks.

  Such a great spot, you feel like you are away from it all! However, it is s short ferry ride from the marina just north of West Palm. Excellent snorkelling!

  Loved going there. Such an awesome historical place. Was sad to see it close down. I hope it will reopen one day...

  I love going to Peanut Island. I've been going since I was about seven years old with my family. now I'm 35 and I have a family of my own and I take my children there. it's absolutely beautiful and a great time! I would absolutely recommend it you will not be disappointed especially if you are an outdoorsy type and your family loves being at the beach. You can also rent on water Huts. We always have so much fun!
