This review is being posted PRIOR to recieving my tools (and may but probably will not change after receiving them) for two reasons.
Reason one : Ordering is simple and fast, as well as very well priced. They have a large selection of items.
Reason two : I have never experienced better customer service. Joe called me the day I placed my order to inform me of a website error, and called me the following day when he had not heard back from me. He offered me a solution and was very kind on the phone.
10/10 - as long as the shears are in great condition (as I imagine they will be) I will be ordering from ShearsDirect again in the future.
