I finally decided that despite my fear of having surgery and the cost of the procedure, I had to have it done, for me. I walked into LIV and was immediately greeted by the warm and friendly staff and I knew I made the right choice. Dr. Ress and his staff made me feel completely comfortable and at ease with having my first surgical procedure. He customized the procedure to meet my unique needs and made me feel confident the entire time that I was in good hands. After the surgery, Dr. Ress made himself available all the time to answer questions I have by giving out the cell phone numbers of he and his staff. This is what really made me feel at ease-- the fact that I could contact him after hours to ask questions, which I did do once or twice. It was super helpful! I brought my son and They are moms so we had a good time talking about our kids. The dental assistant Daniil is seriously the greatest! He is so kind and has such a great personality and bedside manner! Such a great guy! Dr Broggi is good and gets straight to the point and seems to know what he's doing which is great. Carla, the hygienist, is a very nice woman. She helped to explain what we needed done and how much it would cost. She was very helpful and kind. Also, she did a great cleaning. “I had a fantastic LASIK experience here at Katzen Eye Center! From pre-op all the way through post-op, I felt well taken care of- a valued patient. The front receptionists were always helpful and courteous to me when I called/saw them, and Jennifer (my refractive coordinator) was knowledgable, professional, and compassionate. The entire process was effortless: everything was run smoothly, and I never had any worries! Dr. Katzen, himself, was phenomenal- I felt more than comfortable having him perform my surgery.
