He makes sure you understand him and takes his time to give you the best attention possible. I am giving the office 4 stars instead of 5 because the front desk team is horrible. The girls at the front desk have no customer service skills at all and you constantly have to remind them that you are there so they can check you in. Not friendly and very monotone. If he had better people at the front this office would be amazing. Everyone in the back is awesome! All the nurses and Dr. castaneda are beyond magnificent.”
