“Staff here is wonderful, young and pretty ;) Super helpful with any problems you may have. Had a problem at a pharmacy so I called the office and they only put me on hold for 20 seconds. I explained the issue and the girl was super nice. She told me she would have appropriate staff call them right away. Also the building is nice and clean. The doctor himself was cool. The medical assistant whoever comes in the room first; she was down to earth and explains things in lay terms personalized about your specific condition. More than what you can just Google. Self pay prices are very fair. In all, they are professional but with more of a "homely" feel to it there like you're cared about, not just another "number".”

I've tried A LOT of other gyms/classes in the area and I can tell you that there isn't another gym where the trainers are more attentive and help correct your form to make sure of no injuries. They all know you by name and their positive vibes can perk up any bad day. They push you harder, but not in a bad way. They are all so nice and energetic that they make you want more for yourself. As a comparison, I did Slash Fitness in Delray for 2+ years. I stopped seeing results. None of the trainers actually know your name or help correct wrong form (except for Josh). They all take pictures of themselves and it feels like you are the unpopular one in high school. No thanks. PIT any day. Keep killing it!”
