Doctors Urgent Care

I came here today because I was feeling extremely dizzy. When I got here, they were packed but they let me go home to wait and they called me when it was close to my turn. When I came back, I was seen right away. Despite the crowds of patients, the front desk staff stayed calm and professional. The doc who saw me was friendly and knowledgeable. She empathized with how I was feeling. She made me feel like a person. Then after the appointment, I got a text to confirm my prescription which included a discount card to pick up my prescription. Can't ask for a better experience.

This place is amazing. Couldn't get in with my regular doctor for a sore throat. A co worker recommended going here, turned out to be great advice. The front desk was friendly and moved me right along. My nurse was adorable, personable and attentive. I only waited a few minute for the doctor and she was wonderful. Then they had me wait in the office and gave me an antibiotic which by the way, came with the one price you pay. Thank you for a great experience.

Check in for 1st time was about what I expected. Wait time in room after initial intake a bit long(35) minutes, but not really bad considering it was not an emergency and I've waited longer in other urgent care facilities. The doctor was professional, personable and concerned. The free antibiotics are a definite plus. This especially true if you have poor drug coverage with insurance or no drug coverage. In my case, I feel the pluses outweigh the slight negatives.

I have been coming to this urgent care for 2 yrs and I love the friendliness of the staff. They have most medication that they prescribe on hand so no extra pharmacy visit feeling terribly ill. Staff is a diverse group of men and woman as well. I do not consider any other urgent care facility.

The best experience I had at an urgent care.

I visited the clinic today due to a cyst that needed drainage and they were the best. I am a very anxious/nervous person and they took the best care of me. The ladies at the reception where so kind and quickly informed me of procedures that they could or couldn’t do. I was informed of prices up front and I left the clinic with FREE antibiotics. The Doctor Shadin David, took care of me and she was a sweetheart. I forgot the name of the assistant but, also kind and gentle. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so grateful ❤️
