I hired their services after having issues with the light fixtures in the master bedroom. The electrician was both prompt and courteous. He explained what the problem was in a way that was both understandable and clear. I will definitely hires Universal Electrical Services again if any issues arise in the future.

Duncan Electrical Service guys removed what was remaining of the knob and tube in my older home. They were very careful and any mess they made was readily cleaned up. This was not an easy job to complete, in the sense that I was having other work done at the same time. They worked quickly and efficiently and before I knew it, the job was done.

We set up an appointment with another company to do some work in our home and they did not do a satisfactory job. After waiting all day they never came to repeat the work or called us back. Duncan Electrical Service were very professional and very detailed. They reset lights, ceiling fan, doorbells, electrical outlets. I am so glad I called them. They are like family to me, and they made us feel the same way. 10/10 recommend!!
