(April 14, 2021, 11:28 am)I walked in and was greeted and helped by security instantly. Got sent rite to a window with a pleasant woman who listend and sent me to the rite window. Spoke with another delightful young lady. It took me about an hour from bringing to end to take my knowledge test. This place is awesome. I'll never go to the west pasco location again. Totally worth the drive

(October 12, 2020, 11:19 am)Smooth experience. Staff is friendly and provides great service. Social distancing guidelines in place with plexiglass at counters and spaced intervals between clients. One door used to go in and another for exiting. Pasco County Tac Collector’s office does a great job providing quality service to Florida residents.
