Had an issue with credit approval and Richard got involved and helped me straighten things out. My order went smoothly after we crossed that hurdle!

I went in looking for the perfect chair for my nursery and I was not disappointed! Richard helped me pick out an amazing style and fabric to match my wants and needs. My chair was delivered earlier than expected and I was so pleased with the outcome. All of the employees including the service department are the absolute nicest people I have encountered and I can’t wait to go back when I am ready for a new living room.
Keep in mind that I am a very pregnant/hormonal perfectionist and they were able to set me up with exactly what I wanted after one short interaction when I wasn’t even sure what exactly I wanted myself. 10/10 will recommend this location to everyone I know.
