I visited this store three times trying to make a decision on furniture and a bed. Cindy was absolutely great each time and even remembered us. She answered all our questions and even gave input when asked. We changed our order multiple times before she submitted and not once did she show signs of any irritation because of that. She made the process smooth and easy. Ask for Cindy when you go to this location!

During our second visit we met Sarah. She was great as well! Very helpful and knowledgeable. She was great to work with as well.

Wife and I have been looking for a new bed for a while now. We just happened to stop into the Badcock and More store in Wesley Chapel. Spoke with Sarah who was very knowledgeable and super friendly about all the bedding in the store and even online options. We were so happy with our purchase and it just got delivered today. Will be visiting this store again for anything in the future!!

Great experience! The staff was very professional and polite. I didn't feel overwhelmed and the showroom has a beautiful setup. I'm a big stickler for restrooms wherever I take my business and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Sarah was very helpful and answered all my questions. The financing was easy and Sarah walked me through every step of the way. This location and company earned my business for a lifetime.

Wife and I are very happy with our living room and dining room selection! Top notch sales people and product was actually in stock! Very happy to have found this furniture store.
