Trinity Palms At Seven Springs

I have signed 2 leases with Trinity Palms. The staff are professional, prompt and kind. The maintenance team is extremely prompt and neat, always cleaning up after a job. The pool and spa are clean and tenants clean up after themselves. I enjoy my third floor view of pool and the pond with all the wildlife. Great location to various shopping needs. Being the master bedroom is on stairwell, perhaps door closures could be added to prevent door from slamming??

I would like to say this is absolutely one of the best places I’ve ever lived! Everyone is so nice and the apartments are comfortable and we really feel homey here! We have not had an issues that wasn’t fixed within the hour! The maintenance people are always around fixing things and doing stuff and are always so friendly and saying hi! The pools are nice and clean and the pond is beautiful to walk around! The office staff is full of smiles every time I’ve had to go in there and have answered every question I’ve had with as much details as I could possibly need! Thank you for making this our home!

I've lived here for about 5 or 6 months now. The front office is always very kind and prompt. The community is very clean and quiet, for the most part. The pool, gym, playground and dog park are always clean. The doggie bags are full. The trash dumpster is always working. Gates are promptly repaired.
I usually don't like living in apt communities but this one of my favorites.

Great place to live! Beautiful pond views.
