My girlfriend, and i moved into the community at the beginning of 2022. We have lived in other apartments, however this apartment, and the community was the best one to live at. There aren’t any negatives about this place.

1. A nice quiet gated community.
2. Never had any noise problems.
3. Apartment we lived in, two bedroom, was more than perfect for our needs.
4. The amenities were amazing. A wonderful pool, and jacuzzi. Gas grills that were there when we needed to use them. Beautiful scenery within as well.
5. Nice people within the community.
6. We felt safe in the community.
7. Maintenance was very quick to respond, and helpful if we ever needed them.
8. We never had any issues regarding leaks, bugs, noise, or structural problems.
9. The area was taken care of, and looked wonderful thanks to the mowers who worked hard to keep the place looking wonderful.
10. The staff at somerset was extremely kind, and helpful to us. Including Community Director Janeen, who went above and beyond to help us if we ever needed it.

All in all, we highly recommend this place if you are looking to live in a wonderful community, with great people, and great apartments. -Ian M.

Moved into Somerset Apartments 5 months ago and it has been a very pleasant experience so far. Michelle has made the process of moving in very easy and she is readily available during all business hours . The community is quiet and clean, I would recommend anyone to live here.

I've spent a long time looking for my forever home. And I thought that I wouldn't be able to find a place. But I met Erica Hall at Rosewood apartments and she directed me to Somerset apartment homes. This is where I met Janeen and Michelle. Both these ladies where the best. Me and my partner felt welcomed and at ease when talking about our apartment hunt. Janeen is a kind and understanding Manager. And Michelle has a welcoming and positive energy. And a person needs this when coming to ask about an apartment. Both these ladies helped my family out with finding a home and doing everything they could to help us move here. They went well beyond what they had to do. The Lewis company has some amazing people working for them. If you need a kind smile or a very welcoming hello when coming to view apartments this is the place to come to.

I've been living here for 4 months and it's been a wonderful experience. Kourtni helped us so much when we were first signing our lease, this was our first time renting an apartment and she was so patient with us! Everyone in the office is super friendly anytime I go in and I love how maintenance is friendly and super quick as well. Anytime I need maintenance the item is fixed the next day and they're always around the complex cleaning. Everything here is really well maintained and everyone is so nice, I've definitely been enjoying living here and highly recommend it to anyone considering it!

I have lived in Somerset Apartments for a few years, an I am impressed with the location of the property and the amenities offered. I really appreciate having a hot tub, and an in-house washer and dryer. I like how the new manager, Janeen keeps residents updated with community events as well as community issues. Keep up the good work Janeen.

Had a 1:45 appointment but wasn’t seen until 2:30. The office appeared to be overbooked by the number of patients in the waiting room. Dr Raxwell is great, very personable and a kind person. His approach to life and medicine are refreshing. Staff are personable and professional.
