  i have been living at the Palms at Wyndtree since march of last year i love this place i haven't had no problems with bugs or roaches the pest control is amazing here and the maintenance is nice here and when you need something to be fixed they come very fast here. this apartment complex is a million times better where i used to live in Palm Harbor, FL but the apartments are very nice

  I moved to Palms At Wyndtree in November 2003! This place is now my HOME! I love love where I live for so many reasons but here’s a few...
  
  So Beautifully kept and so safe, never in the time I’ve lived here alone as a female have I had to worry about anything, it’s a gated community but that aside, I have always felt safe and happy living here
  
  The management has changed a few times through the years but it’s ALWAYS been amazing and well run. This together with Dennis and his maintenance team, they are phenomenal! Never have I been inconvenienced, by any issue unless it’s been out of their hands!
  
  It really has everything here to live an active happy fulfilled life. It’s prime location, close to all major roads and the expressway but far enough away to listen to the beauty of silence and calm I get to enjoy daily.
  
  I still love to say welcome home every day, I truly love where I live!

  I moved to Palms at Wyndtree a little over a year ago and it has been amazing! I looked at the reviews for different apartment communities in the Trinity area and Palms was the community that stood out the most. The complex is well maintained and continues to improve. Maintenance is awesome, friendly, and they are very quick to complete work orders, especially those that are a high priority. The complex is very specific about what they consider to be an emergency maintenance request and they make all residents aware of them. I always see maintenance driving around and completing different work orders and such. I even see the maintenance guys out on their golf carts on the weekends making sure the community is looking amazing. The ladies in the office are professional and pleasant. Every time I go into the office, they always greet me and are quick to address my needs. They actually do listen to any concerns about neighbors or the community and they address those issues. There is always at least one person in the office when I go in. When my roommate and I applied for our apartment, Kristine was upfront about the fees, what they were used for, and the income requirements. She answered all of our questions throughout the application and move in process. My neighbors are quiet, friendly, and the best neighbors I've ever had. The amenities here are amazing and well worth the amenity fee. The neighborhood is well lit, very safe, quiet, and pet friendly. I have lived in apartments most of my life and Palms at Wyndtree is the best apartment community I have lived in. I totally see why many residents don't leave this community once they move in!

  We sold our home and decided to rent for awhile until we decide to buy a house again. The decision of where to rent was easy. I had previously lived at Palms of Wyndtree approximately 7 years ago. It was, by far, my most favorite apartment I had ever rented, based on the staff, timely maintenance, safety and upkeep of the property. We just moved back in a couple of weeks ago. Although the staff has changed, the level of customer service has not changed, and is superior. Selling a house is stressful. We ran into a couple of hiccups through the closing process. Katie was there every step of the way and helped us secure our unit, even though we had to change our move-in date. She answered my thousand emails I sent in a timely manner. We had a minor issue upon move-in, and she was there to fix it, immediately. Maintenance came the day after we moved in to fix a minor issue that we found when we did our walk through and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have not one complaint about this complex. It is managed well and the staff has shown such kindness to us. We are extremely happy and thankful to be residents of Palms at Wyndtree.

  My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. I am physically handicapped and primarily use my scooter in my unit. The Complex Maintenance and Office staff have done every reasonable accommodation that I have asked for! I have never had any issues with the staff whatsoever, very thorough with their work and friendly. With Maintenance we will put in an email request and probably 95% of the time they will have completed it within one day. Our neighbors in the building we live in are all relatively quiet. We could not be more pleased with our home and would definitely recommend to anyone as an excellent place to live!
