  Christine is very professional! One of the most professional trainers I have worked with in years. Christine works with you to not only help you achieve your goals in training but also in nutrition with clean eating and general health education. She delivers the WOW in each session every time!! Christine customizes a workout and nutrition plan that will work for you. She does NOT use a "one size fits all attitude" that you would find in most gyms and lone trainers. Thank you Christine for hanging in there through my great days and my real bad days and helping me achieve my goals with better health successfully!

  She’s the best trainer I’ve ever had. I have rheumatoid arthritis and she has geared everything towards me staying mobile and having no inflammation. I recommend her program to anyone who needs to get fit or stay fit. She will customize a meal plan for you that works for your schedule and will keep you on task thank you Christine for everything you’ve done for me.

  Christine's level of knowledge in terms of fitness training , conditioning, and nutrition far exceeds her potential competitors. Her workouts are planned meticulously to achieve maximum results yet are actually fun !   I've been working with Christine for a month. She is very affordable and I bring my sister for training for an extra ten bucks! Christine is hilarious and switches it up every time. The workouts are intense but so is the outcome. She is with you the entire hour, not "warm up for 20 min" like others. I wasted years at the gym trying to get the results I got in a month. It's worth it.
