I was fortunate to find Optimal Performance for a needed rehab of my wrist. Irwin Morales was professional, friendly and excellent. My rehab was difficult and it's hard to find someone who can really work on the hand/wrist area. I highly recommend him.

Allison is very thorough. Extremely helpful in navigating your insurance to help minimize your out-of-pocket expenses. Mark and Irvin are experts in PT. They were very knowledgable and innovative in their approach to helping my wife get back on her feet. Atmosphere is contemporary, relaxing and clean.

I can't say enough positive things about this group. My 11 year old daughter was prescribed 4 weeks of physical therapy after dislocating her knee. She was very nervous at first, but all the employees here made her feel comfortable and at ease right from the start! They kept my husband and I informed of her progress along the way and gave her excersises to do at home, all the while motivating her to do her best during all her sessions. We are actually sad that her sessions have come to an end.

Brand new facility. First class treatment. Mark and Allison are fantastic. Friendly atmosphere but very thorough and hard working. Results oriented. Would recommend 100% of the time
