Great place! Everyone is polite even when your dog is a trouble maker, I still feel comfortable.

While the staff was wonderful and caring, we were told we would be called the following morning at 9am regarding lab results for our geriatric border collie mix, who was not feeling well at all. We never received a phone call. I called several times throughout that day and the following one to get his lab results. That was several weeks ago. Despite leaving several messages we never received a phone call back letting us know what was wrong with him. Luckily his symptoms have passed at this point. I want to add that they got us in quickly and every other aspect of our visit was great! But, not communicating lab work to let you know how your pet is doing isn’t something I would think is good practice normally.

I didn’t know what to expect having been with our old vet for so long and relocating, but Good Shepherd is amazing! They’re incredibly thorough and cater exams to your pet’s temperament and needs. They answered all of my questions, gave great advice, and were above and beyond. My dog is easily frightened, and they really made an effort to put him at ease (and his nervous mom lol). This was our first visit to Good Shepherd and we were greeted with friendly staff and taken good care of. We just moved to the area and had a number of vets to choose from. We landed on Good Shepherd after researching our options and taking with other local dog owners. Our boy had his annual shots and blood work and the staff were very gentle with him and answered all of my questions. He was loved on during the visit and walked out looking for more hugs. And they have an app that i plan to download to easily stay in contact. Thank you for making it a great visit! I highly recommend them.
