I must say I read the reviews before I came in to arby's arby's and the reviews about the views about the wonderful staff and the turkey drive and the turkey gyro was on point Larry welcomed us it's been a Larry welcome does and it's true it's not busy I'm busy but everybody that walked in-and-out was welcome and out was welcome the management the lady at the register the lady at the Rochester very sweet and when I spoke and when I spoke about how beautiful her nails were she told me where she got it she told me where she got it done it's a very nice atmosphere wonderful nice atmosphere wonderful management I'm a Uber driver I just want to say that customer service and I say that customer service is number one to me

Love the service really good people there set my order accurately with no issues if we continue coming here

Good interaction with staff. No one wants to work and the staff everywhere is struggling. Got to recognize ppl that are handling it with a smiles, kindness, and laughter.

The people were very very polite and helpful, which is oftentimes hard to find in the fast food industry. And the apple pecan chicken sandwich was just as good as advertised! Awesome experience and I will definitely be back. Next time I will remember to take photos. ☺️

Delicious place to eat. Love there gyros especially Turkey. And curly fries are best
