“**High-End Experience, Meets Great Professionalism** I didn’t know if I could believe the height of the reviews but, wow! Today was my first experience at this offer and from the time arrived to the time I left I was cared for at the highest level of quality. The atmosphere at this location is calm and upon entering you can visibly see the quality and how well though through they thought about the customer experience. Upon arrival I was immediately brought to the back to fill out new patient information on a kiosk in the back. Between the soft playing music to the calm quiet space I felt at home. I was brought back to the lobby and less than 5 minutes later I was brought back to a patient room. Now the hygienist who brought me back was incredibly warm and you can tell I was not just a number. She explained everything about what steps we were going through today and gave me a heads up about what the doctor might say about the images she took. I think what was most important was that this office understands the cost of their work and they do not want their patients to pay more if they do not need to. That was spoken by all staff. They were incredibly caring when they spoke about doing work in stages and fitting my insurance and personal budget. The entire time I was expecting a sales pitch and it never came…that’s because I was a patient that needed care. I wasn’t the means to a profit. Now I haven’t been to a dentist in years and part of that is because of poor customer service and I always felt like I was being sold work I didn’t necessarily need. This place is the complete opposite. On the way out I met more staff and everyone was smiling and very happy to be there. Listen, all in all if you want to feel valued as a customer and want an incredible experience Dr. James C. Lewis DMD is the place for you! Wait, am I talking about a dental practice? Yes, yes I am (it’s that good).”

“Even though we had a bit of a wait for our consultation, the receptionist was super friendly & kept us updated on when we would be seen. We saw Sherry & Dr. Sheridan & they were amazing & the price was right where I expected (my oldest had braces at a different practice). We can't wait to see & experience the relationship we will have with them. None of the people that were coming & going had a long wait or long appointment & everyone seemed to be happy including the employees. My daughter gets her braces in August & then my son about a year after that.”

“hopefully you will never need a periodontist ,but if you do Dr Michaud would be a wise choice. this guy and his staff are great . I have had 3 surgery's and a rather interesting extraction (broke off at the gum,,, I let it go a little to long) and I have never had pain during or after . I kid him and say the sign should read Painless Bob. He has saved 2 teeth that were loose that would have required implants,,,,in other words he does not sell you something you may not need. I would highly recommend Painless Bob.”

“This place is amazing!! They took me in quickly as an emergency patient and extracted my tooth, no pain. The dentist did an excellent job, and treated me very well. As a new patient the staff made me feel very welcome, and they were very helpful. They let you know ahead of time what treatment will be done and the costs are very reasonable, insurance or not. My son goes there now, and he loves it there as well. It’s in a great location, and parking is ample.”

When j first came to his practice I had a failed root canal from a prior general dentist and Dr. Patel was great at helping me find a specialist to fix the root canal, saved my existing crown, and was wonderful! I just had my 6 month cleaning with Alexis. One of the best hygienists I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend her.
