“Keiko Shin karate academy is awesome in my personal experience I have 2 kids with Autism and they have greatly improved since they started with Keiko Shin Karate Academy from discipline, social skills and personal interaction not including the physical conditioning. Now they are in better physical condition to before enrollment to the Academy. I have noticed better concentration and attention to details and that's not including the fact that one of my kids competed in the last World Karate Championship in Ft Lauderdale and earned a Gold and a Silver medal. “I have visited this studio twice. The location is incredibly beautiful, the yoga instructor and her husband are very personal making you feel like no stranger. The ambience itself is therapeutic. Yesterday, I tried a cold plunge right after the class. I would never thought in a million years that I would try something like that because I hate cold. The results are mind blowing. I suffer of chronic pain since the age of 10 (I’m currently 52). I woke up with no pain, I slept like a rock and my motivation and focus today are something I never experienced before.
