“Absolutely incredible! Three days after having my little boy, I developed the worst pain I’m my breasts. A friend recommended Sophia so I messaged her and she quickly responded. She called and walked me and my husband through what to do to alleviate the pain and continue breast feeding. She listened and was very understanding and helpful. Her advice helped so much. I was able to continue breastfeeding without pain. After our call, she even sent me several documents to reference should the pain return. I would highly encourage anyone who is having pain or just general questions about breastfeeding to reach out to Sophia. “I’m very pleased to see my kids transform from not knowing how to swim at all to swimming independently by the second week of the class. It’s definitely a process but the instructors have done a wonderful job getting my little ones to get the rhythm down…kick and dig to the wall. I really saw the result in action when my 3 year old was dropped into the pool (during class with instructors on standby) without warning and he kicked and dug to the wall - he was surprised and proud of himself at the same time when he came out of the water. I am beyond proud that my kid who almost drowned two months prior at a friend’s pool was able to swim to his own safety with the lessons he’s learning from this swim class. They love love love Ms. Lauren and Mr. Alan. The instructors keep the session going and entertained while teaching kids very important skills. I definitely recommend SwimKids USA!”
