“This is a great lab. They're never too busy, and they provide very personalized, attentive service; however, there is a lot of staff turnover and the manager has whatever solo staff member on the phone a lot through the day. They continually change their lunch hour. I work. I try to come on my lunch break, but their lunch changes so frequently between 1130am and 130pm that you never really know when the lunch hour will be that day. I try to call, but voicemail picks up many times (although they do always call back by the end of the day). I wish they would update their Google listing or maybe their voice-mail greetingto provide an up-to-date hours of operation each business day. Currently, their chosen method is a note taped to the front door.”
