“Matt and Lori Brown are phenomenal! I have worked professionally with Matt twice. The first time, he taught self-defense to a group of teenage girls I worked with, including my two daughters. Almost 4 years later, my now 16-year old still talks about (and is happy to demonstrate!) what he taught her. Matt also came and taught at my school for the Great American Teach-in. It was easily the highlight of the students' day--if not week! In addition to teaching them some self-defense, he also talked to them about empowerment, self-defense and respecting others!
