Just had my battery go dead on late Sunday afternoon. Called up Monday morning my service advisor immediately scheduled us to come in this afternoon. “Stephanie was my wax specialist and let me just start by saying I have never had better service. From the easy check in that I did with one text message to check in to the ease I felt on her table while getting waxed was just hands down amazing. She made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible from the start for my first Brazilian wax. I went in with a completely different mindset than when I actually was receiving my service. I thought it was going to be this horrible pain and it was actually the opposite ( no lie even for my first wax). You do feel a tug and some slight pain bc the hair is obviously thicker from shaving but it lasted no more than a few seconds. The cleanup and explanation of upkeep was very thorough. I walked out of her room a whole new woman. She has a very gentle hand and is very detailed, outgoing and friendly. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend her and this facility. Thank me later y’all.”
