“I switched to Murrell pest control many months ago. Not because my prior company had been bad or anything but because they seemed to have forgotten about me when they merged with another company. Not so with Murrell. They come when they say they will and contact when necessary. I'm on a maintenance path with my pest control needs and even in a state like Florida where there's no shortage of bugs, I really don't get them. I have a theory that if you eliminate the bugs you don't get spiders. It seems to hold true. I'm very glad to be with this company and the people who work at this company. I tried to reach our regular exterminating company but after several follow up calls, I gave up and asked around for a recommendation for a local company and that is how we reached Pasco Termite and Pest Control of New Port Richey. Not only did I reach a live person (something very rare these days) who sensed my grave concern, and a technician, Ron Murphy) was dispatched within a couple of hours. Ron immediately pinpointed the source of the infestation and proceeded to treat the problem. Fortunately, it was not widespread and just involved removing the face panel of a drawer. The treatment was conducted with a high degree of precision that left only microscopic damage that was easy to fix - - and there was no odor. I highly recommend the services of this company and have, of course, moved over to them myself.”

“Sharing this review from my dad who does not have a google account! He was so happy with A-1 I had to share his feedback: Here is the story: I Went to unzip the rear window and the zipper pull came off. I looked closely at it to see if I could reattach it but the part that holds the pull to the slider broke off in my hand! My 95M has 50K miles. It s the original top and clear window that look really fantastic. I was heartbroken. The rest of the zipper is perfect. The teeth are all intact and zips and unzips easily. I found A-1 Tops & interiors online and gave them a call. Bob answered at A-1 Tops. I asked him if just the slider could be replaced. He said not usually but he would look at it. One hour drive to get there from Tampa. He was installing a new canvas top on an Audi TT. He looked through a box of zipper sliders and pulls, selects one and started to work. He removed the zipper stop and within 3 minutes the new zipper slider and pull were on!! BOB!! You are a master!!!! He said thanks and how does $20 sound. I said BOB I am so happy God led me to you - here is $40! He preceded to show me his vintage Chris Craft boat he is restoring and a 1940’s convertible. Really good guy! I said “Bob I hope my top lasts forever but when it needs replacement I am bringing it to you!!”
