I happened to hear about Serena Thomas and miss Ella I called them and for a appointment went there they spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was I was doing the right thing.I ordered a hearing aid that you can't see she custom fit it for me and she made sure it fit and worked. Then she retested and test results were not to her satisfaction she adjusted it and retested she was happy and I can't tell you how happy I was. A week later I'm at home Serena called me to check on me that kind of service is priceless buy here you will not regret it!!!!!!!!!!”

I was very attached to Miss Alisha, but I saw Miss Adrian and it was love at first sight... So I am now leasing a beautiful 2020 Charcoal Rogue Sport... The folks at the dealership did a wonderful job making what can sometimes be a stressful event into a very pleasurable one... Carrie, my Salesperson, was attentive and thorough without being pushy... She did a great job communicating to me throughout the whole process, as far as what to expect next... Having been a finance manager at a Nissan dealership in my prior life, I know full well how difficult it can sometimes be to complete a sale, especially when it's a Saturday and the last day of the month... Carrie, as well as Nick, my Finance Manager, worked with purpose and precision... I had resigned myself to an all-day experience, but was pleasantly surprised to be home within a couple of hours. Props also to Jason, the General Sales Manager, for coordinating everything.
