This place is a little hidden gem. It sits right on the intracoastal waterway of Clearwater beach.

This is a wonderful place to chill out and forget about all the things going on in our crazy world ! It's super clean well maintained and very friendly vibe at an affordable rate.......treat yourself.....beach life is good here !

Great place on the bay. Kayaking was fun. We had the pool to ourselves.

This is old school Florida. Everything is updated and yet it is still historically significant. The landscaping, pool area, and dock side are darling and feels like home. Everything is well stocked in each individually owned unit. These owners care about their property and the caretakers of the public areas care.

The location is quiet and yet an easy walk to the shopping, restaurant, and Florida activities. You can even do Bay Area water sports just out your front door.

Loved it so much

Great location only a few blocks from the North Beaches of Clearwater, my personal preference. Room 106 was equipped will everything we needed for our girls weekend getaway. Super clean and comfortable. Beautiful bay views and all the extras one could hope for on vacationing on the beach, like chairs, umbrella, bags bikes grills .
We had only one issue with the air-conditioning that was immediately addressed by management, unfortunately the part that they replaced didn't help but I'm still giving 5 stars we think for the price and what we got, it's worth every 🌟
