Beach Time Rentals

We stayed at Clearwater Beach and had a great time. The property was in a quiet residential area, away from the crowds, and we had the pristine beach to ourselves. Beach Time Rentals were very accommodating to all our requests, provided timely support, communication was always good. Their prices are very competitive, and they really listen to their customers' needs and provided excellent support. Will use them again - thank you!

We stayed at the waterfront breeze condo for a bros trip weekend and everything was perfect. Very clean , great layout , easy access with keypads and keyless entries. Mona was very helpful and the communication was top notch. We would definitely stay here again

Awesome house! We loved our stay here. Pool was nice and clean, there was a grill available. The house was just like the photos and it was very clean which is important for us. Staff was super nice and check in was easy. The beach was beautiful and we were a short distance to Publix and restaurants. Thank you to the staff for making our vacation special ❤️

Had the opportunity to stay at one of their homes and we are so glad we did! Spent lots of time researching online and reading reviews and decided to choose beach time rentals. Check in process was easy, we had our unique code for the house which was a great in terms of security. We had our own “personal concierge” that helped us get settled in- I thought that was a nice touch. The house itself was very clean, we had a minor maintenance request which was taken care of same day, they were very prompt and the maintenance man was very professional. Our check in lady was always checking on us to make sure we were happy. Overall I would definitely stay with them again. My family and I thought the personal touches were very nice and feel like we got our moneys worth and more. Kudos to their team.

I can't say enough about our experience with Beach Time Rentals and staying at Su Casa. Mona was amazing and made our experience from start to finish so easy. She helped us find the perfect place for my family and I to stay for my wedding. We will be contacting her again for future family get togethers and staycations for ourselves with friends. Joanie made the check in process so easy and she took care of any issues very promptly and professionally. It was a great week full of family, friends great conversation and love. We had no worries thanks to Mona, Joanie and Robin taking such good care of us. Thank you so much!
