We have been members for about 10 years and are very satisfied with both the wines and service. Easy opportunity to experience new wines without standing in the store and staring at thousands of bottles. Not for folks looking for bargain wines or big box store selections . Pay attention to the advertising and you will not get in the situations described by the complainers. We have introduced several other couples who are equally satisfied members.

WOW... so I have been with them about a year now. Twice I called and I received good customer service. Once I forgot to postpone an order since that option exists on the website and they cancelled the order without issue and it took about ten minutes to accomplish. The wine has been better than acceptable and I have been quite happy with the service. Not sure what happened on all these bad reviews. Perhaps the company was going thru growing pains. I only gave 4 stars since I have only been a customer for a year.
