(September 4, 2020, 6:48 pm)I've rented from the Clearwater location several times without issues. Quick check-in and out. The most recent time had an issue with the smell of the car. I brought it right back and they were quick to replace the car for me. Can't beat the service and prices.

(August 22, 2020, 10:13 am)I'm giving this location 4 stars because the car I got could have been cleaner like the ones you pick up at the airport. The staff has always been friendly with me and this is my second or third time renting from this location. They do have busy hours so there might be a wait at those times and small details missed. But overall they will make good on it.
