This was the game changer, that out of all the things I've tried before, related to weight-loss and just living healthier, that this is the place made it all happen. I have lost over 100 lbs since September! That's in only 24 weeks! I've never seen results like that before! Shirene and her trainers are so great too. If you're struggling with doubt, problems or just not making it to your goals, they do everything in their power to help you eradicate and put you back on track. I feel this specific location(since I don't actually know anything about the other locations) goes beyond protocol to help you, as long as you are staying within the companies guidelines. I've never personally been to a gym like this place. It seems more personal, more supportive and all around I'm actually comfortable to be here. I feel safe. I'm being pushed to new heights and I know I couldn't have done it on my own or at a regular gym. This place is amazing and I tell all my co-workers, family and friends about it. This place has changed my life!

(September 10, 2018, 3:36 pm)When I started this program I was very nervous that I wouldn’t lose any weight and that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the workouts. But this place has so much motivation and positivity in it that keeps you going. I could feel the weight just coming off. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and always there to help you. Shirene the director is awesome and keeps your going with great encouragement and positivity. It’s great to see weekly progress on weigh in day. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to lose weight and change their life for the better.
