“We were hotel guests and decided to have dinner since it was basically on the property. I was so surprised at the quality of the food, and the taste! It was all so great. Service was also excellent. I was pleasantly surprised, since most attached restaurants to resorts don't hold up to snuff. I got a chicken quesadilla and it was spiced deliciously. It was also plentiful in quantity. Would definitely recommend.”

“I was really hesitant to try, primarily because of the beef pepperoni and the beef bacon. I'm so glad my hunger got the best of me because it was incredible. I was staying a block up the street and I will be back. And back. The pizza is a 5/5 and the owner is a 6/5. The pizza looked a little greasy but after patting it down with a few napkins I devoured the whole darned thing. It's tucked away and very small... But it's so so good.”

I usually dine in because they have a very nice dining lounge in the back. The servers always make sure we have what we need and even put on the TV for the smaller kids when applicable. Sheri endured a big hit with COVID, but is determined to continue the perfection of sophisticated, yet comfortable atmosphere and the offer of the finest food. (I don't drink, so I miss out on their finest of wines), but the crowd waiting in and out the door (with reservations) is a testament to my words. A VERY SPECIAL PLACE.”

“Went here twice during our stay since it was literally right next to our hotel. It's part of a chain of restaurants there. However, everything I got I liked quite a bit. I ordered a 4 shrimp dish the first time and a burger the second time. We had also tried the grilled grouper and that was fantastic. They also played live music and they were fantastic. All around a good touristy stay if you're into that sort of thing. 🙂”

“My family and I wanted to try somewhere different and I’m so happy we decided on The Daily News! Very clean. Everything was spot on, atmosphere, friendly staff that makes you feel like family by the time you leave, and wonderful fresh food. We were never waiting or looking for our drinks and food. My 2 year old loved his pizza and the rest of us enjoyed the steak and chicken tacos. I also liked that you can see them cooking the food behind the bar. I will definitely be back to try some different dishes. Only regret is that I didn’t try one of their delicious looking desserts! “This place is great! I love their story and how they're all friends and family! Every time we have come in, even with different people taking our order, they've honored the substitution and specifics of our order. They accommodate our baby and our service dog with their own custom-prepped dishes and even come to say hi and play with both! We've come here at least 10-12 times so far in the past 2 months and will continue to! There's nothing quite like a place that is friendly and makes you feel welcome every time! Oh, and yes, the food tastes fresh and amazing too-- I normally get the Fresh Burrito and I even finish up the food that falls out of the burrito.. that's how good it is! :) Highly recommend!”

“Nice course in good condition. Welcoming staff, not too expensive, not very long but plenty of challenges. Get your 100 to 150 yard game in shape before you play Cove Cay - you'll need it! Even when crowded the pace of play is good. Today was gorgeous weather and a fairly full course and we got around in 4 hours. This is a fun public play course in a very nice setting.”
