“I normally hate gyms, but I love THIS gym! I have a personal trainer, Paul, who is amazing. He is firm, but also understands people go at different speeds and goals. He adjusts to what is best for you. In 3 months I am halfway to my goal, which is to be healthy and fit. I've been trying 10 years to do it on my own and got nowhere. Everyone who works there has been friendly and supportive. There is plenty of equipment and it is never over-crowded. The prices are fair and reasonable. My life is all over better for having found this gym.”

Some of you are complaining about his demeanor. Physicians are not to be warm and cuddly. Neurologists see extremely complicated cases, so, they can be serious because they are taking your case seriously. My first conversation with him I told him to tell his wife to lay off the heavy starch on his shirt and didn't stop there. He was still calm, understanding my situation. I was rude a few more times.
