Frey Vacation Rentals Beach Cottages 1309 & 1310

My wife and her sisters stayed at MGM signature suites Las Vegas. The apartment was exactly as described online and everything was fantastic. I found Ellen most accomodating regarding our booking that had to be rescheduled on several occasions due to the Covid pandemic. I would recommend using Frey vacation rentals to anyone thinking of visiting Las Vegas.

This property was amazing and so were the Owners. The condo is beautiful, pictures do not do it justice. The Owners were above and beyond amazing! Do not hesitate, it's a great condo!

This was an amazing experience. First, a little background. We have a very ill family member. With covid we didn't want a hotel, yet wanted a place to enjoy the beach with minimal contact with people. Our daughter, son in law, and two grandsons (2&5) also wanted to join us. To be completely honest, my husband and I don't do family vacations where we stay in the same place. We were germ freaks before it was cool...and just need our space.
Cut to we arrive. Firstly, I must say the place smelled clean as we walked in, upon inspection, it was truly CLEAN. For being on a beach, I was impressed, no sand! We had clean linen, towels, beach towels, toys (on the second deck facing the pool and hot tub)...the kitchen, spotless and perfect for our needs. They have updated appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Washer and dryer were so helpful. They provided the basics, dish soap, laundry detergent , hand soaps, some spices, coffee pods etc..
We were so happy with the layout of the house! The kids had a room with queen bed as well as a twin for the boys. The full bath was right next door to the bedroom. Completely separate from our master and main area. The living area was large and comfortable. The TV was very nice. The dining table perfect for all of us. Our master, well, was incredible. Large, comfy king bed, en suite had a double sink, separated commode/with a large shower. The closet large, also had high chair, pack and play, tent for beach and more.
THEN...WE LOOK OUTSIDE. The view is worth everything. Our children enjoyed every morning on the large deck, with coffee and lucky charms! The dolphins swam by every day! As adults, we loved the quiet evenings ! My grandkids have never been to the gulf, this was so amazing to see them explore! The bird sanctuary next door was awesome too!
The hosts were above and beyond attentive. The only issues we had, we created!! When we did...they answered within minutes. I even managed to leave behind my jewelry/makeup case...the owner and cleaning crew contacted me, sent pics, and even returned it to me at their own expense....with a promise to pay it forward...which I have!
We had an amazing time, felt comfortable and safe at the complex. We were very sad to leave. This place is so comfy it felt like home. Can't wait to return!

I have stayed at a couple of Ken and Ellen Frey’s properties. Each vacation has been better than the last. Both Ken and Ellen are super accommodating and always very quick to answer any questions I have.

The properties are always clean, updated, and have stunning ocean views. You don’t have to worry about bringing any beach supplies as umbrellas, chairs, and more are provided.

Their fantastic properties and service have made me a repeat customer and I plan on coming back again!
