Beachside Condominiums and Hotel * New Hotel Collection

Absolutely wonderful very fair price you have to understand it's its own unique like a condo building it's not some big major massive chain hotel Large full kitchen and I enjoy doing my own cooking wished I could have stayed there more We will be back tears hating to leave and packing the beach right on the beach wonderful swimming pool and ocean and sand and shells thank you nice people We enjoyed our stay.

The New Hotel Collection Beachside has direct beach access, which makes it a great place for a beach holiday. From the huge balcony (we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo, North building 201) we had a wonderful view onto the Gulf with beautiful sunsets. The building is already a bit dated but the condo has been renovated. Our 3 bedroom condo was nice and offered enough space for larger groups (we were with 6). Next to the great location, the biggest plus of the place is the SUPER friendly staff. Everybody we met who worked for the New Hotel Collection was extremely nice and helpful - a perfect 10!
We had a minor problem upon arrival with our beds that were only partially made (no pillow cases). However, the resort staff corrected this immediately with a smile.
One of the two pools was closed for renovation, which was no big deal at all.
All in all, I can fully recommend the New Hotel Collection Beachside condos - we will definitely come back.

Amazing! My wife and I had a great time and enjoyed every minute of our stay in 302N. The view was awesome, the rooms are huge, and all have a front balcony facing the gulf (or pool on the first floor) to enjoy a beverage while watching waves crash the beach. The beach is very family friendly and about 20 yards from the gate to the property. The complex has a very laid back, relaxed, and welcoming vibe like it should be. Kevin, who is very helpful, was around to straighten things up around the property every morning around 8 I think and would help with any questions or concerns. Outside of running into Kevin, I think you need to call someone if you need something as there is no office or management on the property (which I also liked). The north pool was being serviced during our stay, but the south pool was running, and the kids loved the warm water. The couple that was staying next to me said they have been coming here for years and I understand why. I would not hesitate to come here again.
Our stay included a group of four families all with kids (all related to me) and the property was easily big enough for them and the other people staying on property even with the north pool area closed. This was an incredible experience for my family, and I am so grateful we ended up at this place.
As I read some of the reviews of this place left by others, I could only chuckle to myself a little as I thought it sounds like some of them are not from a warm climate and may be their first time in the tropics. And if you don’t like sand, I would recommend not visiting Florida, especially near the beaches.
In short, this vacation was great, and we will be back. My wife and I could have easily stayed in the condo for weeks and given the opportunity to, that’s what will happen.

Perfect spot for family or just your friends. Spacious and full of everything we needed including plates, silverware, and pots and pans. Kevin the maintenance guy was super helpful with letting us know about attractions around the area and keeping the pool clean. Will 100% be back next year and would recommend.
