GREAT Customer Service... Had trouble with style if Hearing Aid that fit my ear canal properly. Elise Costa, Hearing Aid Specialist, guided me through the change to another Style, which then worked perfectly,
Then, the charger seemed to keep failing on one side only. After several tests, Elise, stepped in again and exchanged the charger.
ALL IS WELL... LOVE MY HEARING AIDS.

My Mom, Barbara D came to visit me in Jan 2021 and shortly thereafter decided to stay! Our first update was to contact Miracle Ear to correct her concerns with her new hearing aids. She was struggling to hear properly and the aids she received in CT were quite oversized for her ears.
Upon meeting both Emily and Elise, both Mom and I expressed how happy Mom was with her first visit with both, upon leaving. Since our visits with Miracle Ear in Largo we have received nothing but exceptional service and care from both ladies.
Emily is a pleasant, friendly and caring voice on the phone and when in person very attentive and professional. Elise showed compassion for my mom and is a great listener. She is very patient and did an awesome job finding the correct solution for my mom. She took the time to explain everything and our outcome so far has been amazing! No more 'huh's' from my mom when speaking to her:)

Just went for my yearly hearing test today.Specialist Elise gave me a through test and explained the results very well. She also gave me an example of a newer hearing aid model, that has given me something to think of when my warranty is up next year.
Overall I am deeply happy with Elise and her office manager.
