(March 27, 2019, 10:43 pm)Love this bank and the staff!!! Very happy here and excellent customer service. Toll free number is speedy and the branch is amazing. I really like David Paredes, he is very transparent/honest which I really appreciate. He was forthcoming with information regarding cashing a 10k international cheque and Chase Bank was not.
I find the complaint reviews a bit shifty. Leaving a 1 Star review because of what you heard second hand from a friend is not an accurate review. If you don’t bank here then you have no business posting about them. I also cannot say I take anyone seriously who has a “Pizza Hut” meme as their avatar. Perhaps they will be happier at Amscot if you know what I mean.
