Jory and the Reel Construction team were an absolute pleasure to work with for our exterior patio repair. I spoke with Jory in early 2021 about the repairs. He came to the house and looked at the repair needs, explained what would need to be done and gave me a fair estimate. He was ready to start within a couple of weeks if I was ready. I ultimately decided to postpone the repairs at the time. I reached out to Jory again in late 2022 when the repairs needed to be made. He remembered speaking with me and what we discussed in 2021 and quickly provided an updated estimate and put me on his team's schedule. His team was experienced, professional and polite, kept the project area clean at all times, explained step-by-step the repair process, communicated throughout, and were generally very pleasant to work with. They worked really hard to make sure the repairs were done right and that I was happy with the final product. I would recommend Reel Construction to anyone in need of home repairs or renovations. We remodeled two bathrooms, and are very pleased with the outcome! Jory’s team was terrific (Thomas on demolition, kept surrounding clean and safe and done quickly, Brad was an excellent foreman and did terrific work on the all the installation, and Alex was fantastic with the tile, quite the artist, painter/plasterer was quick, clean, and did a great job). Jory is all about the quality and very responsive. We did butt heads on design a bit but as we listened to Jory’s concerns and he listened to our care about we arrived at a fantastic product. We appreciate all the hard work and effort. Bathrooms are great. Recommend having a great outside designer and product person like Barbara Langan at Old World Cabinetry for fixtures also as knowledgeable people are instrumental in the outcome as well. Thanks to all.

We love our new bathroom and door out to our pool ! Jory and his team did a fantastic job. They look our 1962 bathroom and brought it back to life- 2022 style. His team was professional, kind, left the job site clean and always checked in to make sure they were on track with our vision. We highly recommend Reel Construction and look forward to working with them again on our future home remodeling projects.

I highly recommend using Reel Construction - Jory and his team did a great job of totally renovating a 1980's bathroom and transforming it into an open updated bath.
Once the project began, I was updated daily on next steps and who would be coming to do the work. Each staff member was polite, and took great care to clean up at the end of the day. Thank you Jory Romano and team!

Jory and Reel Construction Resources are wonderful to deal with. I was working with another contractor who abandoned my kitchen remodel about halfway through the project. So I called Jory and explained the situation and he said that he would be happy to help.

I don't think may contractors would have taken over a project halfway through when they didn't know what the previous contractor did. So I was extremely grateful. He stays in communication with you, and he and his workers show up on time.

The rest of the kitchen remodel went very smoothly after that. Christian who finished installing the remaining cabinets was so detail oriented. We ended up having to take down all of the previously installed cabinets from the first contract and move them all over about an inch an half because they wouldn't have lined up with the stove.

The countertop people came next, I had ordered that independently. They couldn't stop commenting about what a wonderful job the cabinet installer did because everything was perfectly level. It made their job so much easier.

Plumbing was last that was pretty routine, I had ordered a garbage disposal that the previous contractor said we would be able to incorporate. We actually were not able to use it in the end.....surprise surprise. But I didn't mind the kitchen was beautiful and it was finally finished.
