Weight Crafters

The location and accommodation's were fantastic. But most important was the fitness program I did daily during my stay. The staff are personable and professional. I got a great jump start to my weight loss. I definitely recommend this program and I will be back next year.

As an overweight, out-of-shape 73-year-old who needed to get a grip, going to Weight Crafters was the best decision I could have made. Not fancy, but the condos are spacious with a pretty view, the food is tasty, and the trainers are skilled at adapting to different ages/levels of fitness. ( I was working out with 2 ex-military guys who looked like the “after” pictures and always felt safe and comfortable.) Conn is a good guy who manages to be both straight-forward and empathetic. Most importantly, the results were encouraging and have motivated me to continue the journey.

I was there for a month in 2015 and have been back for shorter stints several times since. I have maintained my weight loss of almost 40 lbs (until my recent pregnancy). This place, the owner, and trainers truly changed my life. This was the best decision and investment in myself that I could have ever made. I loved the workouts and their variety, the food was excellent, the condo was perfect, and I was right across the beach. What else could you ask for....oh the massages!! 😊 I also enjoyed the times we were able to do other activities such as kayaking or going to play tennis. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Weight Crafters/CFS. I am forever grateful for them.

I stayed for 12 weeks and lost almost 100 pounds. Going to this camp changed my life! When I first got there I couldn't hardly do 5 minutes on an elliptical. When I left I could crank out 2 hours no problem. I have before and after pictures if anyone would like to see the truth. The owner is there everyday and genuinely cares about the health and success of every single guest. his staff is awesome and supportive and they do a great job helping you accomplish your goals no matter what your fitness level is when you get there .
