Perfect grounds and directly on beach. Easy transportation, taxi/Uber to Airport. Hourly trolley pickups on gulf Blvd.can get to John's Pass touristy area and also Clearwater Beach area. Restaurants and bars and shops in both.

Our favorite place to go. Has the best property for a resort. Walk right to the beach. And rooms are great and staff is the best, never have to worry about anything.

Words cannot even express my love for this place. Our entire family, 20+ people, has stayed here every year at christmas/new years time for the last 11 years. We love the location, the owner, the workers, I literally have no complaints. The rooms we stay in are apartment type rooms with fully functional kitchens and a separate bedroom.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for an affordable place to stay that's right on the beach! The apartments come fully furnished with TV, AC, cooking utensils if you want to make your own food and there is even a washer/dryer on site if you need to do some washing! Owners are very nice and accommodating to the guest needs.
I really like that this place isn't right in the heart of the busy area of Clearwater but is only a short walk/bus ride to any fun activities you might want to do. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay close to the beach and shopping centers.
Also, they have a heated pool!! It was broken part of the time while we were there but the water was warm enough that it didn't matter.

My grandfather used to take my family and I here as a kid. I decided it'd be a nice vacation to hit up the old spot, so I booked a reservation on the booking.com app

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile, and the staff was quick to get me checked in and directed to my room.

I was absolutely blown away, this place was even better than I had remembered. From the beautiful layout of the grounds and courtyard areas, to the breathtakingly spacious room. The amenities are too many to list, and the property is tight on the beach with a shore the perfect distance away. Beautiful crystal clear water. And a nice pool if the brine is not your thing. The staff is kind, helpful, courteous and non intrusive.

Now I know why my grandfather chose this spot, and its now become my go to.
