Dr Burns and the rest of the staff are patient and caring. They always really listen to me. I've been seeing him for almost 5 years and only had good experiences!

He is my Special needs son's Dr. And my Elderly moms who is not easy. A companionable and caring MD. we need more doctors who care like him

Dr. Burns and his team are wonderful and understanding individuals. Whatever issue you may have with prescriptions is probably a pre authorization issue because of the new year insurance companies usually update particular meds. But as far as Dr Burns and staff , both me and my mother have home as our PCP I would refer him to people closest to me. He and his staff always take the time to answer every message we’ve left , any question we’ve had, . Yet, again, don’t forget the Dr and staff are human too, they celebrate holidays with family, nor do we know any thing going on in their personal lives that can be delaying them. Among all that , they still manage to keep a professional friendly ,positive atmosphere for their patients. So I commend Dr Burns and his staff and hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and New Years!
