After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care - Palm Harbor

Staff was very attentive and efficient. Initial visit process was streamlined and not overwhelming or overly time consuming. The staff demeanor was sincere about their intent on helping our child with our ailment. I also enjoyed the convenience of visiting the specialization we needed after our work hours. I will definitely consider using their services again in the future.

Last night was my 1st visit and although I was apprehensive to go in, I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and the sign in process was quick and easy plus they helped with it. They communicated there would be a wait which wasn't long at all, in my opinion. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Velez & she is a God send. Not only did she inform me of what was going on with my baby but gave me information for future reference that would prevent a 1st time mom like me from freaking out & bringing the baby back & forth to the doctor. I wish Dr. Velez had a private practice- I'd make her my pediatrician in a heartbeat! She eased my mind & educated me. I really appreciate that.

Nurse at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet!!! Amy the X-ray tech was amazing and comforting… Tina was a fresh of breath air! All the ladies at this location were just AMAZING. I will continue to go to this specific location because of the warm, kind, comfortable, and professional environment and experience my son and I had… if I could give more than 5 stars i would!
