Coastal Jaw Surgery at Palm Harbor

I saw Dr. Nicole Hernandez at the Palm Harbor location. It was the week before New Years Eve and I had already seen a dentist and endodontist without resolve of my pain and suffering. I was so grateful to Coastal Jaw's scheduling coordinator for fitting me in. The girls who worked at the front desk were all very courteous and helpful, smiling! Dr. Hernandez was fantastic. It was very evident that she was highly knowledgeable, but also she was warm and caring. She explained everything in a way that I could understand and made me feel at ease. I never walked out of a dental setting feeling so much better!

Customer service was beyond 5 stars for me. I would give Dr. Anthony more stars if I could. He talked me through my whole procedure which helped me with my nerves. But when I say complete and top of the line compassion I have to give Jabria 20 stars. She held my hand and she explained everything thoroughly before my tooth extraction. Very knowledgable and she shows she actually cares by building that rapport and relationship. Very attentive to my needs. Great asset to Dr Anthony because she was prepared for everything today. I have to say I was so nervous and scared. But I have to thank you both. Keep up the good work.

I have visited a lot of Dentist offices, but this visit was the most enjoyable. I wish I could remember the name of the girls that took care of me. They were very professional and personable. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Anthony was exceptional. He was no-nonsense get to the point when relating the issues. He was also easy to talk to, everything I asked was explained to me so I understood what was and is going on. I thank you all for a great experience.

Went for an extraction, this staff was professional from start to beginning. Dr. Jason Blundell was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything regarding my treatment thoroughly. On the day of treatment the staff was again professional and friendly, I was put at ease and within minutes my extraction was complete, I barely felt any pain through the procedure.

The beginning of October, I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nicole Hernandez. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hernandez and the staff at Coastal Jaw Surgery at Palm Harbor. The entire process for me was painless. After being prepped for surgery, I remember Dr. Hernandez stating start time was 8:10AM and I just remember waking up at 8:38AM being done with the removal. I do not know if I am rare case, but I had no bruising or swelling following the surgery. If the hospitality isn’t enough, the professionalism should be to use this facility over any other. I was a self-pay patient. The Monday following my surgery, I was called to be advised I was receiving a refund because not all anesthesia I was quoted for was used. Maybe it is just me, but I was absolutely floored because I feel like this never happens. It truly made me feel good to know I had such a great surgeon and Coastal Jaw Surgery was an honest business practice.
