  Working with Julia Horton on buying and selling a house all at once was a wonderful experience. Her superb marketing and communication skills were very effective. The listing advert was very professionally written to touch on all important features of our home and upgrades, with highlights about our community, amenities, schools and location. The pictures for the listing were also very professionally done. We are very happy how Julia managed the interaction with the buying agent and the buyers. Our house was literally sold the same day it was advertised and 4% over the asking price! The listing had hundreds of views in one day. The new owners are a younger couple with two small kids and they absolutely loved the house and the big yard, at first site. Julia’s advise how to prepare the house for sale was on point. Her professionalism is amazing. She also helped us find a new home satisfying all our new needs for home offices, private pool and tennis courts in the community, as we wanted. She was very patient and diligent showing us multiple houses in the area until we found the right one that clicked. She fought for us and went back to the seller with our demands to fix several things before closing, and they did! Her communication and negotiation skills are fabulous. She is very experienced in making good market analysis and helping her client get the best deal possible on the market at hand, whether you are selling or buying with her. She guided us seamlessly and professionally through all the steps of the buying and selling process. It felt like a breeze, and we know it was like that mainly because of Julia’s personality and ability to navigate and close the deal. We are very pleased with the quick turnaround, and the friendly encounters with our remarkable real estate agent.   Amazing͏ experience!
  Julia’s͏ knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire home-selling process was incredible. She was very thorough with her explanation of each step of the process and was super patient with all the questions I had.
  She also hired a professional organizer to come help get the home ready for photos and showings, who did a wonderful job getting our house looking perfect. Between that, the photographer she hired to take the listing photos, and the beautiful brochures and marketing efforts, it was no wonder we sold our house for more than $40k over asking price!
  Julia also helped us purchase our next home, and with her expert advice and her nonstop fighting for us, we ended up getting the first home we put an offer in on. We were absolutely shocked at how seamless the process was, and we know that is because of Julia’s expertise.
