My dermatologist did a couple biopsies, one turned out to be basal cell. I was referred to Dr. Altmans office for Mohs surgery. Being I had never been through this I was pretty nervous. Lyndsay could not of been more kind and went through the procedure and answered all my questions. Dr Altman did a great job, which was on my face just below my eye. He was very gentle and we talked about music during the procedure. If you are ever facedwith having to go through Mohs surgery, I highly recommend this office. .

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Altman for several years and have always been treated with kindness and respect from him and his office professionals. A year ago I noticed a new "sun" spot that seemed to appear out of nowhere. I was able to make an appointment very quickly and Dr. Altman took a biopsy. He was very calm, so as not to frighten me, saying, "It's better off in a bottle than on you." The biopsy came back malignant and since we caught it early, the only necessary treatment was surgery. What struck me the most was that he took all the time I needed before and after surgery to answer my questions, reassure me, and even gave me a referral on a second opinion for treatment if I wanted. My husband and I continue to see him every few months because we trust and respect him as our doctor and genuinely like him as a person.
