  5 nurses, lifelong friends had a terrific time in our unit. Very clean, feet from the ocean, a swimming pool and beautiful view of the ocean. Loved our little balcony with table and chairs to enjoy our morning coffee.

  We just got home from a fabulous week in Florida. I grew up going to the Gulf Beaches and it was so nice to be back with my entire family from California! Sunset Villas was the perfect anecdote to a very stressful year for all of us. The views from the units were spectacular and the location could not have been more perfect! We were able to leave the doors open in the evening and listen to the sound of the waves crashing. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly appointed, and the pool was crystal clear and spotless. We have already booked all 4 units to come back with friends next year. We can't wait to be back. Tip.....if you are looking for the best grouper sandwich on the island don't miss Keegan's and we thoroughly enjoyed Salt Rock Grill for a nice adult evening out. The best part of our vacation though was cooking at the condo and watching the sunset from the balcony.................the view was unbeatable!

  Pros:
  Perfect location. Pool is great. Steps from the beach. Playground across the street.
  Cons:
  They should hire better cleaners. We had to clean the whole house. The wifi is terrible, had to use mobile Hotspot most of the time.

  WOW! What a great vacation! I love the small size of this property only sharing the pool and grounds with 3 other condos gave us plenty of room and no crowds.
  
  The balcony was spacious and the views and sunsets were amazing.
  
  The unit was nicely decorated and stocked well with everything we needed. But don't forget your beach towels as they are not provided.
  
  We enjoyed many of the local restaurants but really enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating dinner on the balcony.
  
  All in all it was a great place to stay and we cant wait to come back.
