Little bit hard finding this place but the owner was very sweet and really came through for me when u haul was really letting me down

I initially went to Gentle Touch with severe pain in my hip. Upon initial consultation it was suggested to me that I visit the clinic 3 times a week for treatment. I was super hesitant because I hate committing to anything, but after talking it through with Dr C and after my 4th visit I realized it was the best thing I have done for myself! I feel so much better! Dr C, Kaylyn and Tango are a wonderful group to be around and they make sure to accommodate their customers in whatever fashion possible, whether it be last minute appointment changes or constant heat pad updates! I highly recommend heading to Gentle Touch if you have any sort of chiropractic need!

Dr. C is the best. I was having pain in my hip and neck. When I first started going, it was very painful to simply walk. I’ve been going 3 times a week for 4 months. She uses acupuncture, ultrasound and hydrobed as part of her treatments. I’m not a fan of the acupuncture needles but they do work. I would recommend her any day.

Dr. C and her team are amazing. The thoroughness of the care is outstanding and I love the multi modality therapy that I receive on each visit. They truly have a gentle touch and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. As a patient who has been on/off seeking chiropractic care for over 20 years, I highly recommend this doctor and center.

Doctor C and her staff are amazing. Doctor C is caring and thoughtful. They are professional and friendly and make you feel like family. They have worked their magic through ultrasound, acupuncture and adjustments to relieve my back pain. Best Chiropractic Healing Center I have ever been to. I'm impressed with their therapies and I highly recommend. Finally, a doctor you can trust with your body!

Dr. Colette and staff are wonderful! I started a couple of months ago with severe neck and lowback pain and have seen significant improvement with their approach. Everyone at the office is so kind and engaged and really make you feel welcomed.
I really appreciate Dr. Colette taking the time to thoroughly explain everything so you understand how you wound up so jacked up and what the treatment is doing to correct the issue.

good quality of service but a bit pricey

Kind of hidden behind another business in the corner but very convenient and great customer service. Not sure of their range of trucks because it’s such a small location but they’re flexible and a total life saver being so close to the Irvine Spectrum area.

Very efficient, professional, organized, friendly, fast and a very proactive problem-solver. Jake, Reservation Agent at this location, was wonderful and made my move trouble-free. Excellent customer service. He noticed that the truck I had reserved had a water leak, and switched me to a new truck. He switched me to a larger truck and gave me a credit for the additional gas it would use. A water leak would have ruined the precious cargo I was carrying, and a rainstorm was forecast. I’m so so glad that he noticed it when I didn’t! Proactively solved this problem, and answered all my questions and concerns with patience and grace. Very organized, efficient, friendly location, highly recommended. Penske trucks are very well maintained mechanically, very clean, and have comfortable seats and cabs – superior trucks to competitor’s trucks, and about the same cost.
